I am fascinated by what waves and surge against rocks look like from the aerial perspective. Scale is often deceptive, and footage shot in real time can look like it is slowed down. In this case, I slowed down the footage even more by shooting with a DJI Inspire 1 quadcopter at 1080/60p (60 frames per second), and “interpreting,” or “conforming” it to 30p (30 fps) for playback. So what you see here is playing at about half speed.
