Fear of the unknown is what we are mostly afraid of. We do not want to partake in an activity wherein we are unsure neuro-linguistic programming of. Most often than not, the situations we are most afraid of are those that we can easily surpass. Nevertheless, because of our mental state, we tend to forget the rationale behind taking a step forward and seizing the opportunity that we are faced with. In other words, we seek to be afraid before we even take the plunge.
