I took 30 mg and downed it with some vodka tonic ;) I didn't get red! Just a little pink, very minimal! I have done this several times now including w/ beer and wine (red and white), and all attempts were successful! Anyone have the same experience?
I just recently tried some generic famotidine, I popped 3 10 mg waited about 30 min, had 5 pints of Heineken and a shot of tequila and BAM I wasn't red at all! I did notice my eyes turning a little red. I wear contacts so that might be the cause. Anyone else get red eyes?
Oh and another thing, has anyone not waited the 30 min before drinking and instead chewed on some famotidine and used some beer, liquer etc... to ingest the medication? I figured maybe chewing the tablets will provide a quiker H2 blocking effect? I pesonally don't get red as soon as I take a few sips or sometimes not until I start my second drink, it takes a good 15 min until I turn into a flaming tomato :( I'm sure everyone who uses this famotidine supplement will experience a time where a drink will be presented to you without knowing in advanced to take your fix.
Anyone have any input on this?
Thx!
