Its a kind of balancing act when personal training clients, be they adults or youth. As the trainer it is our job to help them work harder and longer then they think they can in order to reach the goals they think are unattainable. However, it is also our responsibility as professionals to make sure we do not push them past their limits and put them in harms way. I'm sure many trainers will not think it is a big deal if someone loses their lunch during a workout. But I'm sure if you ask the client, they wouldn't feel so great about it, and I wouldn't be surprised if they thought a little less of the person who drove them to that point.
