Jan 11, 2005: On December 3, 2003, I posted
a message in my web journal about the Asian Blush, which quickly resulted in over 100 very-informative comments. This forum is intended to be an information source for those of us looking for information about why we turn red when we drink alcohol.

I bought the "no red face", but I have not been able to try out the entire formula yet. I stick with about 2/5 steps from the formula and have had mixed results. I will say that it is very difficult to pull off the full formula if you are in a big group of people. Timing is very key to the formula, but it's very difficult to know when exactly you will start drinking.
I bought the no red face formula. It is much more involved than taking pepcid ac, and I haven't truly tried out the formula yet. It is not easy to pull off when you are with a big group of people.
So is there a consensus on how long before drinking has the best results? I've read everywhere from 30 mins to 2 hours. I think that might be a personal thing. I need to do some testing on myself for a while.
