how many beers can u guys drink and get away with after taking pepcid? I mean without the flush being obvious

How much will depend on the individual - for me personally 1 pint is enough.
In answer to your second question, yes you should be able to drink 4 hours later and for the rest of the night without any flushing (assuming you followed all the other steps correctly).

What other steps do u mean? Also, after you begin drinkin again once the side effects have subsided, should u still use pepcid for extra prevention?
how much do u drink for pre-gaming? is 2 pints enough? Also, after your side affects have subsided, do u fink that you can drink agen like 4 hours later and you will not experience any side affects agen? Can you drink for the whole night after pre-gamin without experiencin any of the side affects?
