I spent a couple of hours at 3D Robotics this afternoon with Chris Anderson, Brandon Brasso, and Pablo Lema. We chatted aerial imaging and flew around prototype Y6 and IRIS multirotors (the IRIS is a completely different bird than the early prototype I flew out of their San Diego office—super stable, now!).

The Berkeley office of 3D Robotics is the business and sales office, but it’s clear the 3D Robotics’ early employees are all really into the industry—the place is absolutely full of aircraft and gear.
