Come see some of my aluminum underwater photography prints at Open Studios SF next weekend (October 9-10, 2010). I’ll be sharing space with my good friends Mandy and Sara at RedStart Design (375 Alabama St., Suite 100). They create beautiful jewelry.
Some of my work at G2 Gallery in Venice Beach, LA
I’ll have small prints for sale in addition to the large, limited edition prints. See you there!

My work @ the G2 Gallery
I really enjoyed hanging out at the G2 Gallery (Venice Beach, Los Angeles) last Friday at the H2O reception, which ran from 6:30-9pm. H2O is a print exhibition of underwater photography that is running from now until September 20, 2009.
My friends Don Kehoe, Matt Segal, Adam Lau, and Bill and Nanette van Antwerp came to see the show, as did new friends Sue Chen, President and Board Chair of Reef Check, Steven Werner and Debra Levine of Werner Publishing, photographers Carl Richards and J.J. L’Heureux, James Lau and his wife, and many others.
Special thanks to the G2 Gallery owners, Daniel and Susan Gottleib, as well as Jolene Hanson, the two Sarahs, and the rest of the staff, who were the most welcoming hosts I could imagine! The show looks great, and I am proud and grateful to have my prints included. (read more »)
H2O:

Reception: August 14, 2009, 6–9 pm
Location: The G2 Gallery
Covering the majority of the Earth’s surface area and comprising 55–78% of the human body, water is the essence of life. Given the abundance and irrefutable necessity of those three atoms (two hydrogen, one oxygen,) H2O is vulnerable to many threats that endanger not just the quality of water itself, but the multitudes of species that are sustained by it, including humans, who are susceptible to water shortages around the globe. Locally, water rationing has been government mandated. H2O examines the state of water at this critical juncture, exhibiting the work of photographers who present water in its most prevalent liquid state. (read more »)
