My Sprint EVDO plan expired, so I switched to Verizon MiFi (since I already have a Verizon account for my Blackberry Tour).

Verizon MiFi speed has improved since the other day, and seems to be reasonably fast most of the time (in San Francisco). Subjectively, it appears to be comparable to Sprint EVDO speed.

Eric: Let’s see, was it via Twitter that you pictured UAL aircraft at Narita? How was Business? I ask out of curiousity, I was in 777 business DIA-AMS some years ago (2001), it seems that UAL has refurbished some trans-oceanic aircraft since then. Nice? Nicer?

FWIW, United is no Singapore Airlines. Business class is okay but definitely not top tier.
