Henrik - I'm using MCE's new Optibay SATA for this. I did have occasional problems back when I was using the ATA Optibay. Every once in awhile, my machine would not wake up from sleep.

At the moment, my machine wakes up immediately. I haven't had any hangs yet.

Tae -- I still have the 3007/3008 combo.

I'd be really interested in hearing how this will work. I have the same set up, but when I had them in striped RAID I could never wake from sleep. Looking at the logs it would seem as though the ATA-drive is never initialized properly, or later than the SATA-one. Also according to the logs the sleep image was never properly written to disk.

Now I have the /Users folder symlinked to the ATA-drive and now everythings seems to work perfectly, though it is not as fast as when I had it in RAID but good enough.

Hey Eric, did you wind up getting a new monitor or have you stayed with 3007/3008 combo. I just my HP LP2475w yesterday and I like it so far better than my old 3007.

I had to use big-ass pliers for the last screw. The bundled Torx T6 stripped both itself and the screw. I hate cheap tools!
