   Wow man. I still consider MySpace gross, and teh internets already suck away too much of my life as it is, so … no MySpace friending action here anytime soon. :)

   i feel the same way with facebook. too many pokes, flowers, drinks, ninja vs pirates groups, etc…

   Facebook is actually quite manageable for me, but I have to block or minimize a new application every week or two. I wrote about it here:

   that’s why people will charge good money to do MySpace layouts. it’s like paying bribes in corrupt countries.

   It is incredible. I had to undo some background image stuff for another account that had background code embedded in the “About Us” box, and I couldn’t figure out WTF was going on. And then, I saw the little “profile editor” text (the one with the line going through it — those tabs don’t quite render right in Firefox 3), and managed to clear whatever it was doing.

   Exciting.
