My grandpa was very successful and wealthy but the KMT tortured him and said he was a communist. At the end, he was forced to leave Taiwan and he never went back to Taiwan. People here complaining about the liberal bias of the US media should take a look at the KMT-controlled media there to see what real bias looks like. And I find it amusing that the KMT is running on an anti-corruption platform when they're the ones who wrote, edited and revised the book on corruption in Taiwan politics.
