Then once you get part way up the hill you take a right, drive past some stripped down vehicles, and you're at Pu'u O Mahuka Heiau It's real nice at sunset, and you can walk to the far end of it, go through some jungle and there's a nice view of Waimea from up above. I think there's even a convenient telephone pole to be cropped out of the shot. If the Eddie happens while you're there, get there at sunrise or earlier to get a parking spot. Then be out ready to shoot at sunrise. Great light, and everyone goes out for warmups, lots of action.
