I had anomalies in both Panther->Tiger and Tiger->Leopard in place upgrades so in both cases I ended up doing a wipe and clean install. The migration assistant does a great job of copying over your applications, docs, and user settings from a backup.</p> Did you do an in place upgrade or wipe and install?
