i hate computers.

He (or she with hairy arms) could be running BootCamp. It’s actually not that farfetched: one of the only apps I have on my wife’s MacBook Windows VM is Microsoft Money.
I run it using VMWare Fusion. But it’s still funny. :)
Marketing/design firms have been using stock photography or shooting product/situational shots using Macs for years and years when their product is not even made for Mac OS.
Good thing too since this is an easy way for me to determine which products to stay away from if they either
a) don’t understand the concept of different operatin systems or
b) don’t care about details enough to know using this shot makes no sense.
In my mind not caring about details like this means they likely don’t care about the software they make.
Oh, and even after all this time you are right Eric…it still is funny. At least they didn’t have to rubber stamp out the Apple logo like so many other ads have.
That’s so awesome. Hahaha.
Maybe it’s a covert attempt at advertising for VMWare to the nerds! Then again, nerds don’t need any advertising to realize how awesome VMWare is… :X
