F***ing thank you man!! This is great.

I got a pqi usb card drive a couple of years ago and wanted to use it now when my normal usb drive is gone. I just can't understand why those dumbfuck would add susch this notebook-whatever-it-is-thing. I could definitely pay a few quid more not to have that shit there from the start.

Eric, thanks for sharing this one. I was mad about the second read only partition (my A500 tablet recognized only that partition). You page was the first that google hit. The repair utility helped, the partition is now removed. Thanks again!

I have PQI Flash drive also and I can’t access it. It says “Please Insert disk”. Same thing when I tried to reformat it. And when I go to Device Management It says “No Media”. I hope you can help me. I just want to recover my files. but I can’t do it unless my computer detects my flash drive.

My PQI i821 drive failed. Windows said it needed to be formatted. Was writing files to drive when it failed. Windows could not do the format. Found a utility on the PQI website that did a low level format and it made the drive usable again, all data lost.
