		<description>&lt;p&gt;I just love how the Chinese named their dishes.  The actual translation for the picture above is "White Jade Rabbit Dumplings (dumlpings)".  Tamaya at Hacienda Heights is a great Japanese ramen house IMHO.  Hiromi, the owner/waiter, will take good care of you.&lt;/p&gt;
