It became impossible to complete any project, because of multiple discussions and so on. It definitely makes group projects much easier to manage. The developers, 37signals, also make a pretty cool-looking personal organization tool called <a href="http://www.backpackit.com" rel="nofollow">backpack</a> for managing personal projects that don't require group collaboration.
