I’ve become a twit

Hey, guys. Alex convinced me to give Twitter a try [me, on twitter]. I’ll try not to be too inane. Please let me know if you’re on Twitter, too.
Twitterrific seems to be the ultimate twitter widget for Mac OS X, and Twitter’s SMS interface could be a nice way to send micro-updates when I’m in strange places around the world, especially once Alex releases his Twitter Tools plug-in for Wordpress. I couldn’t get the IM interface working, though. Sending the confirmation code repeatedly had no effect.
It’s totally Add-ee-um!
someone said they saw a help video on the adium site, and in that video, they said, “Aid-ee-um.” so I’m stickin’ with that. :)
Stick out your tongue and say “ahhhh-dee-um”. I’m looking forward to echeng tweets from around the globe.

I had something incredibly clever and funny to write about how to pronounce Adium, but the mere mention of Twitter forced it from my head. No matter where I turn… no matter how much I try to avoid it… no matter what I do, nothing… absolutely nothing, can escape…
DUN DUN DUN
THE TWITTER!!
So now that i’m done twitching from Twitter, the best I can come up with is to sing, “Adium I do believe I failed you… Adium I know I let you down,” which, as it turns out, is neither clever nor funny.
See what happens once you mention Twitter?? Twitter kills the funny! And clubs baby seals and eats shark fin stew!
Sorry… it’s late ;)
Hahahaha, nice one Mr. Syndromes.
But lookie what I found: “Officially, Adium is pronounced like stadium, though there are adherents to Add-ee-um. The project leads actually pronounce it differently; you’re welcome to choose.”
Long live the Add-ee-um! (I know, I’m ignoring the “officially” part, but who wants to be official anyway?)
