i've been quite happy with subversion as a site-management tool. to be honest, i do little happy-dance inside everytime i either update a site or switch to working on my laptop for a day by invoking two little commands at the prompt. yay!

i've only actually used it to go backwards once or twice, and never because i had to, but i'm sure that will cause some sort of spontaneous internal jig, too. then there's working on a site with someone else. bounce bounce

yeah, this comment embarrasses me, too.
