The winter here in New York has been mild so far; we’ve had nearly no snow and only a few weeks of cold — a huge contrast from the blizzards that greeted me when I spent three months here two years ago.

   That’s cool, actually. It has been really cold down here in San Diego in the mornings. Beautiful days, but in the thirties early. It gives us a brief peek at how the other half lives.

   and too add to the inane .. did you invert or negatise the colours of that image to make it fit in with your site ?
