baby jaxon
Babies are popping out left and right! If I had a more normal schedule, I would be visiting my babied friends all the time to see the little guys, but I guess I’ll take what I can get.
Norm and Teri’s little guy is very calm and cute. Little Jaxon tries so hard to stay sitting, and sings constantly like a mini-humpback whale. He has luminous eyes, which compel photographers to take photographs incessantly. We hung out for awhile, and ate chicken, cheesy potatoes, and salad.

I had a whirlwind few days after returning from French Polynesia. As is becoming a tradition, Miss Vienna Teng picked me up from the airport, and we went to get some food. Despite her petite figure, she’s always up for eating. I also spent an afternoon out in Cow Hollow with Alissa chatting about photo stuff, workflow, etc. etc. It was cold and rainy, which was a nice change. I am far too tan at the moment. :) Also saw Mandy, Elliot, Geoff, Livia, and Adam. They’re in the photos.
VT pointed out to me that it is I who is taking the photos in which I label my friends to be strange. But I maintain that they are still strange, which is why I love them so. :)

(This message is for Wetpixel users who might be coming here to see what is going on).
Wetpixel is currently down, and has fallen prey to the “dst cache overflow” problem that many people have been writing about lately. We’re working on a fix. Not sure why it took so long to show up, but it may be related to a DoS attack — or so the messages I’ve been reading say. People have also been trying to SSH in as root (the bastards).
Computers suck, no?
Sorry no updates. Been really, really, really busy. Will try to get some photos online, soon. Each time I return it takes me longer to catch up (I mean, with life and stuff). Perhaps it’s because each time I get further and further behind.
By the way, today kicks off Taiwanese-American Heritage Week. Went to an event at the Taiwan Center tonight with my parents, where we saw Felix (and others) perform, and met Sakuliu, a native Paiwan sculptor from Taiwan. Sakuliu’s diverse works are currently on display at the Taiwan Center.
