On May 9th, Eryn turned 30 years old. Eryn’s parents rented out Ruby’s Diner in Carlsbad and planned a scavenger hunt at the mall. Norm, Teri, Wendy, Baby Jaxon, and I comprised one of the teams, and instead of splitting up to maximize efficiency, we wandered around together and used Jax’s cuteness and Teri’s boldness to get most of our items; after all, our goal was to just have fun (we lost, but not by much). :)

Your goal was “just to have fun”?! What kind of loser-talk is that? Loser! Just kidding… I think our team took the competition a little more seriously than, uh, everyone else. Oh well.
