The night before I left home, we had a little dinner party at home. Jim (MALE HOTNESS REDEFINED) and Vienna cooked up an oxymoronic, mostly-veggie culinary delight while Livia made chocolate martinis. Mandy and Elliot came over to hang out, too. My only duties were photographic and quesadillic in nature. Cindy came over to cook the night before. Two final fat-generating hoorahs before I jet off for a month. :)

I am well known among my friends for making perfectly browned quesadillas. :)

   I hate you forever for getting me into those damn cheese and tomato quesedilla things!! CURSE YOU!! And my waistline curses you too!! (But damn they’re tasty!)
