Bluefin Tuna

Here are a couple photos of me taken by my friend and talented photographer Mark Conlin.

All I have to say is that the dudes whose job it is to freedive down into the pens and grab the tuna — with their hands — are really tough. Mark ventured over to that side of the pen once, and had to crap beat out of him by flailing tuna and human limbs.

    I have a friend who moved back home to do this for a living .. well he was told it was more checking the fence or netting … but he was offered amazing money to do it. I forget if he was bft or salmon though .. either way hardcore work .. and dangerous.

    just got back from australia and the great barrier reef. tried taking some pictures of fish and stuff…. don’t know how you do it. all of mine came out bad.
