For four years now I’ve wondered where to buy computer stuff in San Francisco. Previously, I would just order online or wait until a fortuitous trip to Palo Alto enabled me to go to Fry’s Electronics (a place I love to hate). But from now on, I’m going to go to Central Computer. I bought some stuff there the other day, and the place was full of shiny computer parts, many of which had little lights on them (irresistable!).
Central Computer: it’s at 837 Howard Street, a couple doors down from Buca di Beppo.
Glad that it all worked out for you. You would be surprised at the number of people who think neon effects belong in computer cases. One can only wonder what their cars look like.
I like neon effects in computer cases. (I don’t have any, but I like ‘em).
I drive a normal looking, dark blue ‘99 Toyota Camry.
Now you don’t have to wonder anymore! :P
yeah, but do you like TRI-COLOR led lights in computer cases? ;)
I have to admit — the new EL cables look pretty cool. But they’re still expensive.
That’s so weird. I googled central computer howard and yours came up first. The photographer I work with suggested it and I was looking up the address.
hi, mona! ;)
