		<description>&lt;p&gt;it's happening again. he's been on the phone for like 1/2 an hour -- with the SAME people he was dealing with before. everything is an ordeal -- he tells long stories about how he was wronged, and asks over and over to be transferred to people who can properly take care of him. it's no wonder that he's been hung up on many times already.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
when i have a problem with the same company he's on the phone with, i call, i'm polite, and they fix it.  easy.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
luckily, my headphones are stage monitors and are basically like earplugs. :)&lt;/p&gt;

		<description>&lt;p&gt;Not just that, but those schmucks lose out on all the perks that come along with being a nice person to whomever is serving them.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
And that's on top of their being fated for some big, fat karmic retribution.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
So they can bitch away all they like, but when they end up in Hell, their punishment will be having to return defective products at Fry's Electronics for all eternity.&lt;/p&gt;
