I don’t think it’s the relative size of Vienna and the cat… it’s the relative size of the cat’s head and its body—particularly noticeable in the harassing Vienna photo, where Pfr. Plum could almost pass for this other “big cat” without any photoshopping :) : http://www.snopes.com/photos/bigcat.asp

but yes, they are a bit... big. but vienna is really petite, too, so maybe that contributes to the perceived size. :)
