the “central london, somewhere” shot is in fact Trafalgar square, you have Nelson’s Column on the left, and the National Gallery behind. :)

Having your camera jacked (or “lifted” as they say there) is bigtime sux0r! I hope they find the wanker who took it.

I hope you’ll have a chance to take more pics around London. I used to go there frequently when I was studying at a school nearby. If you happen to walk past the “new” British Library (near St. Pancras), snap a shot for me. They were still building it when I was last there. As I recall, it looked like it was going to be quite massive.

that’s the Brit’s way. my last visit in Wales was much worser… the boiler was out of order, no heater nor hot water… costed me ~35 quid a day. that was in march and stayed there for a week!
but the people i met were really friendly.
